Our Medical Technology Program was designed to train students in the performance of laboratory test procedures and analyses used in disease detection, diagnosis, prognosis, prevention, and treatment using modern equipment and scientific techniques, instruments, and scientific methods to provide accurate laboratory results.

You will have the opportunity to analyze samples of body fluids and cells, study the specimens for bacteria and parasites, and identify chemicals contained in them, perform blood matching for patients who require transfusions, analyze drug levels in a patient's blood to determine his reaction to treatment, study test results, and communicate the findings to doctors in this program.

You will be assigned to clinical/hospital laboratories to perform lab tests and other diagnostic procedures. You may be permitted to take tests in the following specializations: ​
